Silas Frazier and his team of professionals have been managing my property in Ellenwood for over ten years while I worked overseas. The Silas Frazier Realty team, are wonderful to work with. I solicited this company for a client of mine who was seeking a property management company to manage his properties while he was stationed out of the country. Within 1-2 days, they had appointments to show his properties and had them rented within 2 weeks prior to my client’s departure. Their level of communication and attentiveness was outstanding. Most PM companies will not personally meet with an owner without signing a contract. However, Silas and his team met with my client at his properties and covered all of the details and shared their philosophy. They don’t use high pressured sell tactics. Their approach was very down to earth, authentic, and genuine. I bought an investment property that was in a really bad area in Riverdale , Ga. For almost 7 years I lost money had horrible tenants, neighbors who vandalized the property stealing air conditioning units etc. I have been trying to sell the three unit dwelling but could not get anyone interested. I met Mr. Fraser and told him all the problems that I have been having with the property. Three weeks later I had a cash offer on the property that far exceeded what I was expecting. The closing was quick and easy I was able to get my original investment that I had put into the property. Mr. Frazier was professional, knowledgeable, honorable, and kind hearted.
