I bought an investment property that was in a really bad area in Riverdale , Ga. For almost 7 years I lost money had horrible tenants, neighbors who vandalized the property stealing air conditioning units etc. I have been trying to sell the three unit dwelling but could not get anyone interested. I met Mr. Fraser and told him all the problems that I have been having with the property. Three weeks later I had a cash offer on the property that far exceeded what I was expecting. The closing was quick and easy I was able to get my original investment that I had put into the property. Mr. Frazier was professional, knowledgeable, honorable, and kind hearted.
