We are located in Tucker, GA. We manage properties in a 30 mile radius of our office. Here are some of the counties we service: DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, Rockdale, Covington and Henry.
Our clients can call us 24/7. We have staff members to answer calls during business hours, voice messages for after hours and clients are given the personal cell phone numbers of the property manager who manages the clients’ property. We sat up a landlord portal for our clients so they can have 24/7 access to their account and see what is going on with their property. Also each client gets the personal cell phone of the broker to use for emergency calls.
When you sign on with Silas Frazier Realty we will market your property for the best tenant. Our goal is to put a tenant in your property in 30 to 45 day from the time we put it on the market. If your property needs cleaning or some “get ready for the market repairs” we can help with that. When we locate you a tenant who meets our guidelines we send that tenants application to National Tenant Network to have his /her background checked. After we get this information back we will send it to you for your final approval. We feel that it is important for our client to have input in any tenant selection.
