About Silas Frazier Realty, LLC

How We Started

Silas Frazier Jr, of Silas Frazier Realty has been in real estate since 1989. He is a former Educator. He started his company in 2000 because he believed that there was a better way to help clients with their real estate needs. Since then he and his company have been very successful serving both clients and customers. Silas is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, the Dekalb Board of Realtors and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Silas believes in giving back to the community. He sponsors youth groups and supports different foundations.

Silas has successfully raised two children – a daughter who is in the medical field and a son who has successfully finished West Point Military Academy in 2003 and now owns a medical distributorship company. Silas also has six wonderful grandchildren – 5 grandsons and one lovely granddaughter, and also a son-in-law.

I solicited this company for a client of mine who was seeking a property management company to manage his properties while he was stationed out of the country. I bought an investment property that was in a really bad area in Riverdale , Ga. For almost 7 years I lost money had horrible tenants, neighbors who vandalized the property stealing air conditioning units etc. I have been trying to sell the three unit dwelling but could not get anyone interested. I met Mr. Fraser and told him all the problems that I have been having with the property. Three weeks later I had a cash offer on the property that far exceeded what I was expecting. The closing was quick and easy I was able to get my original investment that I had put into the property. Mr. Frazier was professional, knowledgeable, honorable, and kind hearted. I’m so thankful to have used his services.
